Allergen Risk Management

Identification of Gluten-Free Products

Within this framework, certain products may also be identified as gluten-free, subject to verification and analytical testing ensuring the absence of contamination or the presence of gluten at levels compliant with applicable standards.

A “gluten-free” logo may be displayed on the packaging of certified products to facilitate their identification by consumers who are sensitive or intolerant to gluten, thereby enhancing transparency, food safety, and confidence in certified products.

The BIOCERT certification audit makes it possible to:

Demonstrate to your clients and end consumers your efforts to control gluten-related risks.

  • Gain access to markets, particularly international ones, that require certification by an independent body.

  • Improve your management of gluten risks (and allergen risks more broadly) through an external and independent assessment.
